As a single woman, I have taken advantage of the excitement and adventure life has to offer by traveling, getting an education, tackling new challenges, and meeting new people. Having lived in 5 different states and having traveled all over the world, I can honestly say I find my roots in Relief Society, regardless of where I am. It is an organization dedicated to creating a sense of comfort and peace in a chaotic world, and I am grateful to be a part of it. There is a focus of putting others before oneself, and I believe that this focus is what has made me feel at home everywhere I have been. The Relief Society strives to convey an understanding of care and nourishment for others, while at the same time providing the opportunity for one to grow individually by learning and developing important life skills. I credit much of my strength and worth to women I have associated with in Relief Society, and their unending commitment to uphold their values, lead by example, and offer that ever-so-needed hand in times of hardship.
