I moved to San Juan Capistrano In 1973, when I was 11 years old.  I love it here.  When I turned 18, I joined the Relief Society and no matter where I moved to — Utah or Arizona — after graduating from High School, I was embraced by the other women in that organization who taught me how to create a beautiful and strong home, to develop a stronger faith in Jesus Christ, and to serve those in need.

In 1993, I moved back to San Juan Capistrano with my family and I continue to serve and learn with the Relief Society.  The Relief Society is the same here as it is everywhere else in the world.  No matter where you go, you can join with like-minded women to make a difference in the world.  I love that.

I now have 6 children, 4 grandchildren, and have many hobbies that keep me very busy (playing the ukulele, family history, photography, movie-making, party planning, blogging, remodeling, and bargain-shopping).
