My name is Kim Messick, and I became a member of the Relief Society when I was 18 years old. My mother is a member also and has always taught me that we are all children of God and that we are all brothers and sisters. She also taught me that because I have been given much, I too must give. Being a part of the Relief Society has given me the opportunity to give to my brothers and sisters in need. I also enjoy the sisterhood I feel when I serve with the Relief Society. I always know there is someone that I can call on when I have a need myself.
