(2) 1 POUND BAGS OF GREAT NORTHERN BEANS (WHITE BEANS)
12 CUPS OF CHICKEN BROTH
3 MEDIUM ONIONS
(2 ) 12 OZ. CAN OF DICED BREEN CHILIS
8 CUPS OF COOKED SHREDDED CHICKEN BREAST
4 CUPS SOUR CREAM
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
4 CUPS GRATED JACK CHEESE
4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
4 TSP CUMIN
4 TSP OREGANO
3-4 TSP SALT
3 TSP PEPPER
ALMOST 2 TSP CAYAN PEPPER
Preparation
–PREPARE BEANS AS DIRECTED: SOAK OVERNIGHT AND DRAIN
–SAUTE SLICED, DICED ONIONS IN BUTTER
–PUT CHICKEN BROTH IN LARGE SAUCE PAN AND ADD SEASONING
–ADD SAUTED ONIONS AND THE DICED GREEN CHILIS AND JUICE
–ADD THE PREPARED BEANS TO THIS MIXTURE
–BRING TO A BOIL
–SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS, COVERED AND STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
–ADD 8 CUPS COOKED AND SHREDDED CHICKEN BREAST
JUST BEFORE SERVING, ADD 4 CUPS SOUR CREAM, 1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM AND 5
CUPS GRATED JACK CHEESE AND STIR IN UNTIL MELTED. DO NOT BOIL…
